Applications for charitable inquiries are accepted year-round and must be submitted through the guidelines outlined below. We will only address those inquires that meet our giving parameters. All other inquiries will not be answered. Please note that we receive many more qualified charitable requests than we are able to sponsor. For those inquires that do comply with our guidelines, please allow 4-6 weeks for a response.

Guidelines for Quiznos charitable contributions

An organization seeking contributions should be:

• Engaged in projects that cater to disaster relief, health initiatives, diversity, or education within the community and must be a 501(c)(3) registered organization.

Examples of functions for which charitable contributions are not available include, but are not limited to:

• Family reunions
• Inquiries that benefit the individual personally and not the greater community
• Team Sponsorships
• Memberships
• Door prizes, gift certificates or other giveaways
• Elementary/High School Events
• Projects such as pilot, film, video or research
• Political or religious affiliations
• Large-scale sponsorships
• Marketing or advertising inquiries
• Food donations – since we are primarily franchised, please contact your nearest Quiznos restaurant.

Contribution requests should describe the organization to be funded and the expected outcomes and program milestones. Please include your name, address, phone number, and email address so that we may respond to your inquiry.

Please submit all requests that meet the above criteria to charity@quiznos.com. Any requests that are not submitted through this email will not be answered. Please do not mail requests to the corporate office. Thank you for complying with our guidelines. This helps us to partner with organizations in the most efficient way.
